Facebook launches new safety tools for advertisers as criticism continues over false political ads

Facebook announced a slate of new “brand safety” tools for advertisers Wednesday as a way to let advertisers have more control over the content where their ads appear. In a statement to CNBC, OpenSlate CEO Mike Henry said it will let advertisers have more than 20 video-level “suitability filters.”
