Account Director, Latin America Region

About the Role

The Account Director is responsible for fostering and managing client relationships with advertisers utilizing OpenSlate data targeting within the Latin America region. The Account Director role is to fully understand client needs and act as their day-to-day touchpoint which may include: onboarding and education, data performance trouble-shooting, optimization consultation, campaign reporting and upsell opportunities.
You’ll work to deliver world class service and prove the value of OpenSlate data and insights to our clients. This position will work closely with internal and external teams to continuously improve the OpenSlate client experience for our customers.

What you’ll do:

  • Campaign Management: Set & manage client expectations with clients pre-campaign. Monitor campaign’s alignment to performance & objectives + make optimization recommendations as necessary, Troubleshoot and solve common implementation problems and address client issues as they arise
  • CRM Inputs and Maintenance: Ensure the CRM is properly updated and maintained for all client accounts
  • Client Retention: Maintain strong communication with clients to properly explain OpenSlate’s data solutions and campaign management best practices. Foster and expand both client and internal relationships; notifying stakeholders about future business opportunities
  • Ongoing Education: Formal and ad hoc client training on OpenSlate data implementation & best practices. Develop and maintain expert level proficiency with the OpenSlate data tool set & adjacent platforms
  • Process & Workflow Development: Understand and articulate OpenSlate product differentiations + provide guidance to clients on what services best meet their needs. Ensure continuous evaluation and analysis throughout each campaign to inform and evolve products & services
  • Unearth new sales and upsell opportunities
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • The ideal candidate will be experienced in sales and customer service with a minimum 4 years of applicable experience at an agency or social video platform
  • Fluency in Spanish
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills + ability to communicate to a wide range of audiences from hands-on-keyboard buying teams to high level executives 
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • Self-motivation and an ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to think on your feet and problem solve in real-time
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and a strong focus on delivering the best possible client experience
  • Preferred location: US, remote work is ok with the ability to travel
