Client Engagement Manager – Central Region



The Client Engagement Manager is responsible for the hands-on management of social video campaigns utilizing OpenSlate data targeting. The Client Engagement team provides all day-to-day client execution, including client onboarding training, data performance trouble-shooting, optimization consultation, and contextual analytics reporting. 

In partnership with the sales team, you’ll work to deliver world class service and prove the value of OpenSlate data and insights to our clients. This position will work closely with internal and external teams to continuously improve the OpenSlate client experience for our customers.

This position will be located in Chicago and work with our clients Central region and Canada.  

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong communication with clients to properly explain OpenSlate’s data solutions and campaign management best practices
  • Monitor campaign performance to client’s objectives and make optimization recommendations as necessary
  • Formal and ad hoc client training on OpenSlate data implementation
  • Troubleshoot and solve common implementation problems and address client issues
  • Ensure continuous evaluation and analysis throughout each campaign
  • Understand and articulate OpenSlate product differentiations and provide guidance on what services clients needs
  • Maintain and expand both client and internal relationships; notifying stakeholders about future business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain expert level proficiency with the OpenSlate data tool set

About you:

  • 2+ years of experience in digital advertising or a related field (agency experience a plus)
  • Strong oral/written communication skills, high attention to detail, avid multi-tasker
  • Extensive knowledge of Excel (Pivot tables, V-look ups, etc.), as well as Word and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Google Ads, DV360 & Facebook Ads Manager strongly preferred
  • Highly strategic thinker and analytical 
  • Capable of handling the pressure of accelerated deadlines and multiple ad hoc requests
  • Proven history of self-direction, creativity, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience with video or social a plus
