At OpenSlate, we rate and measure content across the world’s largest video platforms and partner with leading global advertisers across Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and more. 

OpenSlate is looking for a Content Moderation Manager to join OpenSlate’s growing team.The Content Moderation Manager is responsible for assisting with development of our content moderation solutions. This person will manage the day-to-day operations for our curated content products which may include: training moderators on new and existing guidelines, trouble-shooting, operational support, and quality assurance reporting. 

In partnership with the Brand Standards and Content Insights teams, you’ll work to ensure delivery of world class solutions while maintaining the integrity of OpenSlate data for our clients. This position reports to the Senior Director, Content Insights & Intelligence. 

 

Responsibilities:
  • Provide operational support for key products across platforms
  • Serve as day-to-day contact of support teams to ensure quality assurance
  • Lead training of support teams on content standards and processes
  • Oversee internal dashboard in order to assess project development and investments
  • Analyze reports to track progress, generate insights and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies
  • Support effort to better streamline processes across support teams
  • Provide operational support as needed across internal teams such as Product and Sales
About You:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in social video or digital media
  • Excellent excel skills
  • Experience in moderation services is not required but encouraged
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail, results-oriented, self-directed, and inquisitive
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently while managing multiple projects, assignments and/or responsibilities. Strong interpersonal skills
