Data Operations Associate

The Data Operations Associate is responsible for the tactical support of media campaigns in social video environments utilizing OpenSlate data targeting (focused on YouTube).

Part of the Client Success Organization, the Data Operations team provides core operational functions critical to client success, including: trafficking, quality assurance, brand safety monitoring, campaign pacing, and campaign reporting. The role most closely supports the Client Engagement team and the Sales organization using day-to-day processes that are geared toward providing flawless campaign set-up within the AdWords platform and delivering campaign results.

This position is open in our New York office.

for our clients in the wild, whacky world of YouTube

●  Trafficking : Build targeting parameters and settings in AdWords or OpenSlate tools,
understanding that this set-up is critical to client success

●  Project management: Project managing the execution of sold advertising campaigns
with the broader Client Engagement teams

●  Reporting: Providing ongoing reporting as required by clients

●  Q/A: Troubleshooting any issues surfaced during the campaign lifecycle as it relates to
campaign setup and reporting

●  Monitoring / pacing : Monitor live campaigns, ensure delivery is on track

●  Specializing: Becoming an expert user of the OpenSlate platform and data



●  At least 1 year of related experience in either a full-time role or internship

●  Excellent oral/written communication skills

●  Passionate attention to detail – able to work meticulously and quickly

●  Strong multi-tasking skills; capable of juggling multiple projects at once

●  Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint

●  Knowledge of Google AdWords, YouTube is a plus

●  Highly analytical

●  Capable of handling the pressure of accelerated deadlines and multiple ad hoc requests

●  Proven history of self-direction, creativity, and ability to meet deadlines

●  Experience with video or social a plus
