Revenue Operations Manager

OpenSlate is looking to hire a Revenue Operations Manager to partner with Finance, Sales and Client Management to manage our CRM platform and provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting. This position will provide connectivity between finance and other key departments in the organization.

OpenSlate is a data and analytics organization that works with the world’s largest advertisers and media holding companies to ensure brand safety and suitability on social video platforms.  We are a growing technology startup with lots of opportunity for growth.


Primary Responsibilities:  

CRM Management

  • Project manage the on-going development of our CRM platform including working with developers and contractors to align company goals with the design of the system.
  • Provide documentation and training on workflows, system updates and ongoing developments of the CRM system to the various stakeholders including Sales, Client Success and Finance.
  • Become the CRM expert and key point of contact internally and externally
  • As you grow, continue to provide strategic direction for improvements and development of the system.
  • Ensure deal opportunities in the CRM system are current and up to date including removing inactive leads
  • Input deal opportunities for larger cross-salesperson deals
  • Approve Insertion Orders
  • Liaison between Sales and CS Leads for CRM updates and requests

Financial / Sales Forecasting

  • Manage regional sales pipelines
  • Pull data for Sales and Enterprise Engagement Directors to help with forecasting and reporting
  • Maintain and update summary of contracts and contacts for internal use
  • Monitor subsidy spending and actuals for multiple holding companies
  • Provide updates in weekly sales meeting when needed


  • Work with the General Counsel on contracts and other legal documents



The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

  • Ideally, 2 years of experience in a finance or a digital media or digital publisher environment
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Experience using a CRM (Salesforce, Sugar, Zoho, etc.)
  • Entrepreneurial, forward-thinking, thrives in a growing and fast paced culture
  • Comfortable working with Senior level executives
