Sr Product Manager – Client Analytics & Reporting

OpenSlate is currently hiring a Senior Product Manager to drive product vision and execution as we expand our current suite of analytics and reporting offerings. You will apply a deep understanding of enterprise analytics to evolve OpenSlate’s client-facing campaign reporting solutions, deliver innovative data visualization capabilities for our content discovery platform, and provide product leadership for our internal analytics systems.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned product manager whose expertise in enterprise analytics and reporting is matched by a demonstrable commitment to the craft and discipline of product management.

This role reports to the VP of Product Management.


  • Create and own the strategy for analytics tools and products by interacting with key stakeholders and through market research
  • Define and execute the product roadmap for our suite of reporting products, including post-campaign reporting and portfolio reports for advertisers and agencies.
  • Set and manage KPIs for product growth to help attain company goals
  • Provide sales, support, and API documentation for internal and external consumers
  • Work with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external, to gather and prioritize product/feature requirements and deliver product functionality
  • Act as product owner in an Agile development process
  • Collaborate with other product managers, data scientists, product marketing, designers, and engineering teams to deliver products
  • Serve as technical liaison to the Client Success team and respond to high priority customer questions
  • Review and write functional specifications to communicate and guide product development
  • Integrate and analyze product usage to continually optimize performance and user experience
  • Monitor and understand the key metrics governing our product space, with an eye toward continuously improving them through ongoing innovation
  • Responsible for keeping on top of competitive landscapes and strategies


  • 6+ years of experience working on ad technology products in a relevant customer service or product management capacity
  • Demonstrated ability to collect and analyze needs from a wide variety of different stakeholders or customers and synthesize those needs into a coherent product plan
  • Experience managing multiple products or product lines
  • An excellent communicator capable of successfully interfacing with customers and team members spanning different areas of expertise and technical backgrounds.

  • Demonstrated appreciation for UI/UX as it pertains to digital products
  • Experience with Scrum, Kanban or some other form of agile process management
  • Familiarity with the Ad Tech space and the operational needs of its constituent entities is strongly preferred
